COMPANY POLICY
ORDER INFORMATION:
At this time we are accepting orders only from the USA. No International Orders accepted at this time.
There are no minimum order requirements but orders for under $15 will be charged an extra $3 small order handling fee.
PRICES:
All prices are subject to change without notice to reflect increases and decreases in cost of goods purchased and other conditions that necessitate their change.
Prices do not include shipping charges or any other charges such as state sales tax where applicable.
PAYMENT METHODS:
Orders up to $100 can be paid for through our secure site using your Visa or Mastercard.
Orders over $100 must be paid for through "Paypal". On these orders we will send you a "Link" page to Paypal so you can easily make payment through them using your credit card.
Money Order payment is accepted on all orders and will be the only method of payment accepted on orders where mdse. is to be shipped to other than your Registered Card Holders address as is registered with your credit card company.
RETURNED ITEMS POLICY:
You may return any regular stock item you are not satisfied with within 30 days of receipt. These returns are subject to an $8 or 15% of Merchandise Total, ( Whichever Is Greater), Special Handling Fee, plus a charge for Bank and Credit Card Fees incurred with the processing of your order and return. Items returned must be in "New-In-Box" condition as received by you. Items used or items damaged by you, the customer, are not returnable.
Returns of "Special Order" items, which are not regular stock items, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
"Special Order" items include items that are not on our Web Site, Most left handed bows, Multiple quantities of the same item with a cost of more than $25 each.
NON RETURNABLE ITEMS:
The following items are non returnable: Custom made arrows, cassettes, video tapes, books, cd’s, mouth calls, special order items including bows, or items that have been used or damaged.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
If a package and its contents appear to be damaged in shipping, before opening it contact the carriers office closest to you immediately. DO NOT RETURN THE PACKAGE TO US OR YOU MAY LOSE YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A DAMAGE CLAIM.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
Manufacturers warrantee most items we carry. Call our office at 914-738-6112 for assistance on proceedure to follow.
CANCELLED ORDERS:
On orders cancelled by you the customer, after processing has started, you will be charged any credit card processing fees incurred including original credit card entry fee and any charge back fees incurred. You may also be subject to package handling fees.
